I'd like to nominate brianmc for adminship. He's a tireless researcher, working on in-depth articles (such as the ongoing research about Greg Lloyd Smith) and covering a topic extensively (such as the Southern Thailand insurgency and here). He has done a lot of copyediting and working on community pages as well as great RC-patroling. Accepted.
