Cspurrier (Craig Spurrier)

I would like to nominate Cspurrier for Checkuser access rights. He is already identified, as a Steward, and was recently reelected to the Wikinews Arbitration Committee. He is also an administrator and bureaucrat. Adminship RfA, Bureaucrat nom discussion.
