"This sound file and all text in the article are released into the public domain."

Clearly this needs to be updated.

Recommending proprietary software?!

[edit]

Since when does Wikimedia endorse proprietary software? Why are Sound Forge and Aduition recommended? 71.194.191.92 23:05, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Edit Imminent

[edit]

Over the past god knows how long I've been editing this to be a help guide to audio wikinews but it's come to my attention that this should infact be a guide for uploading audio to accompany an article, such as audio from a interview. From now on this shall be edited back to a guide on how to do the latter. As always, all help appreciated. --James Pain (talk) 09:53, 20 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Just an update, the above applies. --James Pain (talk) 18:29, 24 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
