In response to those proposed facts against me in the page, I will post the diff of my alleged attack on top, and the statement it was in response to directly below it:

Those all should provide the most basic understanding for my edits. I will be posting more information on the Workshop and Evidence pages tonight - but I do not like being forced to do so. --MrMiscellanious (talk) – 16:22, 29 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for participating in this process and for the above information. Of course, the proper place for rebuttals is on the evidence page under your own heading -- as always, this information will be considered as well. --Chiacomo (talk) 16:41, 29 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

There is no excuse for personal attacks on other contributors.
Do not make them.

Failure to raise Findings, Remedies on /Workshop

[edit]

I find it disturbing that ArbCom is raising findings of facts and remedies directly on the decisions page, and without them ever being raised on the /Workshop. If the ArbCom is a court which dictates its decisions without input from the community or the participants, this is an appropriate method. It does not seem to me this was the aim of the ArbCom. I would strongly encourage the ArbCom members to raise these findings and remedies first on the /Workshop. - Amgine | talk en.WN 08:11, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
