Final paragraph not really covered by listed sources, they're assuming everyone reading are aware of the drought and its impact, for context I've linked to the wikipedia article on the drought as not everyone will be in the same position.--KTo288 (talk) 14:48, 27 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"Not really covered by listed sources" — translation: Not allowed on Wikinews. The sources are the sources: the list of sources documents the trust-worthy sources from which all the information in the article was drawn (except extremely obvious things, on the order of "Paris is in France" and "the Pope is Catholic"). --Pi zero (talk) 16:30, 27 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've switched this back to {{develop}}, from {{review}}. It was awfully minimal when review was requested (by, it seems, a good Samaritan perceiving it as a synthesis article on its way to stale).
