{{fill this category}} well this one is tricky -- three articles mentioning the politician were after their death, and they are sort of important. I guess second pair of eyeballs are required here:

1. Bomb destroys Spanish police barracks and kills policeman in Basque Country
2. ETA set off car bomb in La Rioja, Spain
3. Socialists win second term as Spain's ruling party
4. Spanish councillor shot and killed in the Basque Country

@Acagastya: I went ahead and categorized 3 and 4, as solidly related to Isaías Carrasco. 1 and 2 look to me like typical non-categorized references: if I were looking in our archives for news related to Isaías Carrasco, I would want to be led to 3 and 4, but not to 1 and 2. However, if I were looking at 1 or 2 I would want to be led to 3 and 4, which favors linking up the category despite having only two articles actually in the category. I'll probably do that in a bit, perhaps after going to the trouble, after all, of {{w}} all the articles involved (because having them linked up is the point of having the category). --Pi zero (talk) 14:51, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
