Comments by reviewer: The biggest problem here is superficiality. It's pretty much an announcement on behalf of the Russian WMF. While this story appears quite newsworthy, we do have a minimal size for a standalone article, and I feel this fails to meet the spirit of that. The English Wikipedia blackout is pretty obvious background for this (indeed, it's mentioned in the Lenta.ru source). More background about the law/amendment being debated also seems an obvious measure (and would go earlier in the article, following inverted pyramid style). I've added a citation of English Wikinews's published article on the English blackout, Wikipedia, Reddit in 'blackout' against SOPA, PROTECT IP laws; it should be referenced, as it's related, even if it weren't used. Given that it's cited, material from it can be used freely, without even rewording passages unless convenient. Questions about the above? Ask. But, I've pressed for the Russian-speaking contributors to verify my edits leave translated sections accurate, then checked a diff between their last edit and the version I'm publishing. I think it's "hard use of the red sharpie", but what you'd expect when the submitter isn't a native English speaker. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
