Wasn't there reporting on last year's weather? Could draw from that to flesh this out.

It's three days old (would be four, but I'm allowing that the report was released in a timezone where it's still the 8th even though UTC it's the 9th); I'm not seeing new information come to light in the source dated the 6th, and honestly I'm finding the OR quite weak, not something that would extend freshness — two people of no apparent specific significance in the context of this story, out of many millions affected, saying things are bad. More breadth of sourcing would be preferable, contemplating the footprint of msnbc sources here. I'm allowing, but reluctantly. I didn't find anything supporting the point about affected states recovering. That seems odd; I feel I'm looking at a puzzle with a piece missing. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
