Talk:Dutch F-16s supplied to Ukraine to be used in Russian airspace
Add topicExpansion
[edit]Please consider adding something about the Russian response to the US permission. We have just published Russia warns United States against allowing cross-border strikes by Ukraine. Thus can be added to the related news. [24Cr][talk] 14:26, 4 June 2024 (UTC)
Headline
[edit]The Netherlands alone can't give Ukraine permission to strike Russian territory so I think the headline is too broad in scope. They have supplied F-16s to Ukraine that the Dutch have allowed to be used in Russian airspace. Maybe a good headline is "The Netherlands supply F-16s to Ukraine to be used in Russian airspace." Armen Press source
[edit]Before I added to the article, I checked it against the sources and didn't need to go to the Armen Press to verify any facts. It also is reporting on the Politico article, making it less of an independent source from Politico.
Me Da Wikipedian, I think the Armen Press source can be removed. I've added the NL Times as a source. I didn't want to remove it [the Armen Press source] just in case I missed something. Michael.C.Wright (Talk/Published) 15:11, 4 June 2024 (UTC); edited 16:05, 4 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Me Da Wikipedian:, once you've decided what to do with that source, headline, and any other edits you want to do, feel free to move the article back into the review queue. I think I'm done on my side. I added an image but you are free to change it or remove it. Michael.C.Wright (Talk/Published) 16:11, 4 June 2024 (UTC)
- Removed the source, it originally existed so there would be 2 independent sources to verifiy from, but its now redundant. The title has been changed to "Neterlands supply F-16s to Ukraine to be used in Russian airspace". I really appreciate your edits and I think you've expanded it as @Cromium wanted. Submitting for review, thank you.@Michael.C.Wright Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 20:54, 4 June 2024 (UTC)

Review of revision 4784493 [Passed]
[edit]
Revision 4784493 of this article has been reviewed by Cromium (talk · contribs) and has passed its review at 16:39, 5 June 2024 (UTC).
Comments by reviewer: No major issues identified. Very minor changes made. One issue to attend to is the link for NL Tines, which currently goes nowhere, because there is no article on any wiki about them. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer. |
