At best, there is major navel gazing afoot here. 2:The English is considerably too broken on this one. 3:Again, you are transcluding an article about a presentation you made, about a trip you went on, where you made recordings/took photos. --this is a whirlwhind of navel gazing, poor newsworthiness for an international audience and a pinch of COI.
