I didn't find anything proportional to the sizes of the parties (at least, not for both parties), and I didn't find anything in cited sources about turnout in Arkansas or West Virginia. Checking (extracurricularly, as it were) the Politico pages for those states, I found that in West Virginia the Democratic primary got higher absolute numbers. At that point I shrugged my shoulders and just pulled the comparison. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
