This article appears to say, atm, that the focal event took place eight days ago, on December 10. (Btw, Wikinews house style calls for writing that as "December 10, 2020" rather than "10 December 2020".)
If that event were actually the focus of this article (I'm not sure whether it is), and it took place on December 10 (I'm not sure it did), this article would not be fresh.
Both cited sources say the government announced this today (Friday). If the government announcement is our focal event here, that's clearly fresh. Was the facebook post the government announcement, or are those two separate things; and if they're separate, when did the facebook post happen? It'd be good to have a link to the facebook post, which even if not used as a source could be provided as an external link.
If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). This talk page will be updated with subsequent reviews.

There were significant problems with passages copied from source; that's something you need to work on. As independent reviewer, I can't do too much without having to disqualify myself from reviewing an article; I did more to redress the problem on this occasion than I can continue to do regularly.

The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
