@Pi zero: just a few thoughts. 1) the former Secretary of State would be good, 2) the protesters accused’ statement just don’t sit well even with the source, no example of what he actually said, and 4) and the last paragraph should be truncated since the focus on the resignation which was very well done up to that point. In this case, afaict the event took place half an hour before midnight at the end of Wednesday, making it almost impossible for any source to cover it on the same calendar day — although El Nuevo Día appears to have managed it, surely using a prepared story (I've the impression it's excellent coverage, though my judgment is hampered by the language barrier). I felt this timing had to be very clear in the lede if I were going to proceed with this. Even so, it's really pushing the envelope, and if this sort of thing arose again anytime soon I'd more likely come down on the stale side. (I'd already checked for newer developments in the story, and found none, though it's got a built-in follow-up story for what happens this coming Friday, August 2.) I really would have liked to provide External links both to the resignation video and to the offensive texts; but I didn't find either one in any of these sources. I'm reminded of a remark in one of Asimov's Foundation books that, iirc, it was a sign of the decline of galactic civilization that scientists were arguing over second-hand accounts rather than going back to examine the primary evidence. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.

@Mikemoral: I'm thinking now, it's not an error. If you count by consecutive stretches as governor, then, yes, he's the 12th. But Rafael Hernández Colón served two non-consecutive stints as governor; so if you count by people, Rosselló is the 11th. Was this intentional? Probably yes; it comes from the El Nuevo Día article, which appears to me to be quite high-quality prepared material. --Pi zero (talk) 13:41, 7 August 2019 (UTC)

That used to bother me, yes. Whether it was conventional for the POTUS a hundred-plus years ago, idk, nor what is conventional for the governorship of Puerto Rico. If I'd caught this during review (which I feel I should have), or if we'd caught it within 24 hours after publication, I'd have tried to tweak the wording; perhaps the eleventh person to become governor?

Separate from the question of whether or not it's "wrong", there's whether or not it could be misleading. We may want a {{correction}}, or something like one, to clarify the point. --Pi zero (talk) 18:54, 7 August 2019 (UTC)

At the time, Rosselló was still governor; he didn't resign until Aug. 2 last week, so it would have been accurate then. —mikemoral (talk · contribs) 01:17, 8 August 2019 (UTC)

@Pi zero, DannyS712: For a correction, I would suggest: "This article refers to Ricardo Rossello as the eleventh governor of Puerto Rico. While he is the eleventh person to serve as governor, there has been twelve governorships."
