Title

I'm a bit confused with the title; it's not yet named Chantal, so shouldn't it be referred to as TD Three in the article and title? And the CNN headline suggests it won't become Chantal. —mikemoral (talk · contribs) 03:56, 23 July 2019 (UTC)

As this moment, the headline is too generic: "Tropical Depression Three approaches Florida" is just too likely to happen again with nothing to distinguish one occurrence from another. "Tell the most important and unique thing." (emphasis added)

Comments by reviewer: Though I've really tried to recover this, it appears we lost freshness with the 5am NHC update, which says it's not so much approaching Florida as moving northward parallel to the coast. I'd been hoping the changes would be small enough to disregard long enough to publish, but not only has the NHS issued another update, but the Orlando Sentinel has replaced its article with a newer one too. Btw, I felt on initial read-through for this this review that a bit more attribution would be wanted. Any time a news article says something is "expected", either a rephrase or an attribution or both are called for; though the changes may be mechanically quite small. Note that the next NHC update is scheduled for an hour and a half from now; at that time, it seems possible the tropical depression may be upgraded to Tropical Storm Chantal. The NHC when converting to kilometers per hour seems to have been rounding to a multiple of 5 kph. I took this as an expression of what they consider the precision of the numbers. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
