Style: Passed Comments by reviewer: There's nothing at all here about the history behind it, no information the reader could use to put the policy change in perspective; which perspective might, in this case, even provide some clue to motivation other than the stated one about Venezuela. It wouldn't need to be a whole lot, but something is wanted. In connection with this, note also that the sources, although they are indeed technically independent of each other, are both very much the vanilla US take on the story; in this case, something from the part of the US most concerned with Cuba (such as Miami) might be of interest, or perhaps something international with a less US-centric perspective (there's always Al Jaz, or even —certainly pushing my comfort zone— RT). Admittedly there's not all that much to this story; but the missing wider historical perspective leaves a gap; the CBS News source you've used here is afaics quite exceptional in not containing the word "Obama".DannyS712 Questions about the above?
