Those two were in a prograde band, and the nine retrograde moons were in the outer retrograde band, so there was only one moon that was going in the wrong direction for its band, and that one, Valetudo, was new on Tuesday. One might guess that the other two prograde moons were the ones not new on Tuesday; but I just didn't find that anywhere. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.

I am not sure which Washington -- but shouldn't we add its category?

Double-checked D.C. before disambiguating the link. The Wikipedia article would be unlikely to get that wrong, but in case of doubt one can check their official web site where the About tab says so.
