Um disagree? Reporting new polling data is newsworthy. It might not be very newsworthy (or might not strike you as as interesting) but a lot of people pay attention to this sort of data and care about it. JoshuaZ (talk) 17:44, 8 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
I agree with JoshuaZ. Also as to the point about poor accuracy : That is kind of addressed, in the article, by giving up a figure : '..a margin of error of 0.70%.' In addition what Wikinews needs is more news, not less, at least for the moment. By stopping stories like this or letting them hang in a limbo until they are certainly not fresh anymore, potential contributors are scared away. I have seen many other articles published that I would judge as less newsworthy than the article here. I have recently experienced this as a (potential) contributor, and would like a fair review on my recent article that is marked as ready to publish and can be found in the Newsroom : Nobel Peace Prize misused says Norwegian lawyer and activist. I agree with both of the comments made here. This is very newsworthy and we have had very few articles on this topic. I'm going to go ahead and publish this since it does meet all the criteria. --PatrickFlaherty (talk) 14:01, 9 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
