This is extra super great......but the EE----NNN---UNCIA----SHUN comes across a bit slow/contrived. I'm reminded that when the guys do each episode of South Park, they speed up the audio about 4%  :]  !! Bddpaux (talk) 21:26, 18 March 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the comment! Here, we call that kind of EE----NNN---UNCIA----SHUN "Hoosier," or a person who lives in Indiana. Legend has it that people didn't lock their doors a long time ago and when someone came calling, Indiana native would yell out, "Who's there?" --- which sounded a lot like "Hoosier." I've been told, and do in part believe, that the most nearly perfectly "neutral" US English accent of any native accent is supposed to be that of Omaha. So US national news anchors try to learn to sound Omahan.

Your accent doesn't seem all that remarkable to me, but that may well be because my father (and his family for three generations before, not even counting the Miami blood) grew up in Indiana.
