User:Billy_Buttfuck needs a break, vandalising main page --Deprifry 09:45, July 26, 2005 (UTC)

London artists release a video about attacks - this article is a blatant piece of advertising, with no genuine sources quoted, I request that it be deleted ASAP. --Garysjp 12:23, 26 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Administrative deletion powers being abused

[edit]

Dan is unilaterally deleting an article; London eyewitnesses: Police tackled Asian, held a gun to his head and " unloaded five shots into him" in developing stories that 5 other editors had been working on. No discussion either. Also deleted the talk page which is crucial re; an admin nomination (Mrmiscelanious).

Dan100 (Talk) (deleted "London eyewitnesses: Police tackled Asian, held a gun to his head and " unloaded five shots into him"": title factually untrue - deleting)

I believe that wikinews has lost enough good contributors because of Dan's arrogance( DV and Amgine) so I suggest the process for terminating his administrative powers begin. Paulrevere2005 13:56, 23 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

View Paul's talk page for an explanation. Note: NPOV and cite all sources are not up for debate. Dan100 (Talk) 14:02, 23 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
This is also being discussed at Wikinews:Water_cooler/policy#Abuse_of_administrative_deletion_powers --Cspurrier 14:41, 23 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Front page

[edit]

There's a bit of PR stuck in the middle of the front page. Can someone delete? I can't see how ClareWhite 09:28, 5 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
