Non-English sources tend to be a major barrier to review, unless the reviewer is fluent in the source language. I'm not, though I'm far more clueful with typical west-European Romance languages than with most others. The degree of that problem depends very much on context — the nature of the story, of the information, of the sources, of anything else that might arise in practice. Nuances are easily overlooked (though I recall "only" one article where a really important nuance escaped my notice because of my lack of deep fluency in the source language, in that case Spanish). Here I removed several details because I was entirely unable to verify them from the sources, but I truly have no way of knowing whether someone deeply fluent in French would have someone found some or all of them in those sources.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
