Title

The title seems grammatically incorrect and perhaps a little misleading. The lede seems to say that the EC (not EU) is part of the focal event. --SVTCobra 09:52, 23 April 2023 (UTC)

EC & Parliament are EU organs, EC on behalf of EU states. I think that's fine. Title seems fine too? Surely not more misleading than the sources' titles? The EU agreed an act, worth €43b, with the endeavour to increase production of semiconductors. JJLiu112 (talk) 23:04, 23 April 2023 (UTC)

It feels like it is missing a preposition. As in "EU agrees on €43 billion Chips Act to boost semiconductor production" or "EU agrees to €43 billion Chips Act to boost semiconductor production". Cheers, SVTCobra 03:31, 24 April 2023 (UTC)
