Review of revision 4719810 [Not ready][edit]

Not a problem. The Guardian and PBS News Hour sources also say that Trump pleaded not guilty. Hit "CTRL-F" "guilty" and you'll see it right away. The sources don't have to have the same focal event as the Wikinews article. They just have to support the existence of that focal event. Darkfrog24 (talk) 17:15, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I saw they did. While PILLARS doesn't explicitly say this, I am only quoting reviewers with experience, though the pages I remember seeing this on have since been deleted. Maybe I'm wrong, SVTCobra? --Heavy Water (talk) 17:29, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Would you like to see a precedent? I remember drafting articles with this kind of sourcing, but I remember which ones made it through review and which were left out for other reasons. Darkfrog24 (talk) 17:41, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
OK, sure. Heavy Water (talk) 17:44, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I would agree with Darkfrog24 here. This could quickly be added, however, instead of having a protracted debate. SVTCobra 17:47, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Where?[edit]

What if people don't know where Manhattan is? Just putting out there... 64.39.81.54 (talk) 18:42, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The state is explicitly stated in the first sentence, and "Former US President" is used as a qualifier for Trump in the headline. Heavy Water (talk) 18:53, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. 64.39.81.54 (talk) 18:54, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Review of revision 4720762 [Passed][edit]

I should add that I remain skeptical of this interpretation of WN:CS (others, see above). --Heavy Water (talk) 23:34, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Edit[edit]

{{editprotected}} Please fix the link for Michael Cohen by retargeting it to Michael Cohen. Heavy Water (talk) 14:54, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

And please capitalize the "p" in "former United States president" per WN:SG#People's titles in general. Heavy Water (talk) 22:50, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
