Historic?

I realize that Moscow News calls it a historic building, however being built in 1931 doesn't really make something historic, it just makes it old and not even really old. Is there any real claim to it being of historical significance? --SVTCobra 00:56, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

Nevermind, well almost. It should be mentioned, as RIA does, that the building was protected by law as a historical landmark. --SVTCobra 01:00, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
