  • Didn't see any mention of Asia in these sources. Was a source omitted? Did I completely overlook a pocket of information in one of these? Losing that sentence compromised the important insight that presiding rotates regularly; looking at what the sources did say, I tweaked an earlier sentence to somewhat mitigate the loss.

Surprisingly, it is not in the notes I made for writing, but it is mentioned in the draft. I must have read it somewhere while I was looking for background info per personal knowledge.

Yeah, it is also called "G-77 + China", and for the record Palestine is also an observer state.
