Surprisingly, it is not in the notes I made for writing, but it is mentioned in the draft. I must have read it somewhere while I was looking for background info per personal knowledge.

this is only because they include china in g77, but china does not consider itself a member, it only goes to g77 as an observer --198.98.255.237 (talk) 01:47, 28 July 2018 (UTC)

Yeah, it is also called "G-77 + China", and for the record Palestine is also an observer state.
