We may as well have two oversighters. I had it before as a steward and I know how to use it. I am already identified to the foundation from then as well. Oppose

weak oppose Craig vanishes for prolonged stints, and has given no indication this will not happen again. I do trust Craig to do the job, I just don't trust him to be there when needed, nor to have been suitably active in any on-wiki role to be less-useful than a steward.
