Complete my articles

I have created some articles: 45 crushed to death in stampede during Jewish festival, Car bomb at Afghan guesthouse kills at least 30, and Fire at Indian hospital kills 18. Can anyone complete them? Also, someone should make anh article about the Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border clashes. Pizza0614 (talk) 04:44, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Pizza0614: One of the things some newbies do is to hop on to new news stories to write about without completing the first one. I could ping a few people who could help you complete the article, but they are either losing freshness, or are already stale. I would however recommend picking one story and writing it on your own, wait for the publication, learn how you could have improved and then move to the next one. This way, you would learn how to best write an article here, and that will help you with the future articles. @Gryllida, Green Giant, JJLiu112, SVTCobra, LivelyRatification, RockerballAustralia, ImprovedWikiImprovment: any chance you could help Pizza0614 with the articles?

I don't want to, and frankly, it shouldn't be anyone's responsibility to. This web site isn't, @Pizza0614:, a place where you just dump a title and leave us to do the grunt work. Either you'd like to contribute properly, or not at all. --JJLiu112 (talk) 02:35, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
At times, a newbie does not know how to, @JJLiu112: and is trying their best to understand and get something meaningful out there. It is not a responsibility indeed, but that does not mean we can't help. The article will be for the project, and taking someone's article after they have abandoned hope is not a new thing. Had Tom Morris not helped me, when I felt I tried everything for US Supreme Court declares same-sex marriage legal, my fifth successful article, 11th in total, we would not have it. Same happened when I had so many articles to focus when I created Former NASA astronaut Eugene Cernan dies aged 82. If you don't want to, that is all right. But if you do, you are helping a newcomer understand how to do things, and at the same time, helping the project. With their first article, it is evident Pizza0614 is not here merely for dumping articles.
