Child law[edit]

Hi! I think your story might need a bit more balance to move on but I think it's interesting. Would you be ale to add some more balance from the federal side r supporters of the new law and also maybe try and find out whether the law really *will* mean that such websites will be shut down - get some evidence on that and I think it'll be stronger. Starting Barnstars on WP:FR[edit]

I saw you were fed up with WP:EN, so I'm writing you there about Wikipedia:Barnstars on Wikipedia. I'm currently fed up too with the current ethos and way of chatting inside WP:FR, so I take the idea of Barnstars which seems to be outside France Wikipédia to this moment. Instead of Barnstars, Laurel crowns would be the icon.

Do you have a kind of advice to tell me to start correctly there ? I mean, remembering how it started here and the response of the community, how would you do it now, to give some ideas ?

Yours,

Holycharly 11:48, 21 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Audio reports[edit]

Howdy! I see you're the last person to get a page on the Spoken Wikinews section. I did a report for my article, London bomb suspect returned from Italy, the audio is up on the article, but I have no idea how to get this listed on the spoken page. Can you pass on the secret code to do this? :-) Stick it on my talk page, and any feedback on my first attempt at an audio report would be welcome. --Brianmc 22:51, 22 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Could you look at this[edit]

I think Wal-Mart to change health benefits plan is a copyvio of http://walmartwatch.com/blog/archives/wal_mart_cutting_more_corners/ and tagged it as such. However the author user:65.190.139.230 dissagreed with me and removed the tag. before I revert it and potentially start a revert war, I want to make sure I'm not imagining things and that it really is a copyvio. Bawolff ☺☻ 00:28, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

That gets my vote for a copyvio. --Wolfrider 00:31, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Category:Bush administration handling of pre-war intelligence and WN:DR[edit]

Out of curiosity, why'd you request that the deletion request remain on the deletion request page until November 2, 2005? Bawolff ☺☻ 22:37, 28 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, sounds like a good idea. Maybe we should make it a redirect, but then when people add it to an article it wouldn't appear red. Bawolff ☺☻ 22:53, 28 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

A question about {{Passed-dr}}?[edit]

Why is the link to the archive a full url instead of a normal wiki link? for example for the australian imigration box the link could be Wikinews:Deletion_requests/Archives/Passed_Archive_4#Template:Immigration_australia_infobox. Bawolff ☺☻ 22:49, 5 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Nominated for Experimental Arbitration Committee[edit]

I accept a temporary position, however I feel the community should vote on (more) permanent members. --MrMiscellanious (talk) (contribs) 04:03, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I do not entirely support the idea of an Arbitration Committee for smaller projects such as Wikinews and I am strongly opposed to members being appointed. However while I have my doubts about this system, I would like to be involved with it if we are to use it, with the condition elections are held as soon as possible. --Cspurrier 04:22, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Like Cspurrier, I'm not certain an arbitration committe is the best option, but I am willing to give it a try. Perhaps we can learn from what did not work or has not worked at Wikipedia. I do think elections should be held as quickly as possible. --Chiacomo (talk) 05:08, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Question on consensus[edit]

so is 50/50 a "consensus" for delete or keep? What are the rules for determining whether, say 4 votes for keep and 4 for delete represent a "consensus" for keep or delete? Kevin Baastalk 16:33, 18 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

On wikipedia, consensus has to be "for delete" or article is kept. Not sure about here.

May I ask you why believe that the situation at Alleged Bush/Blair Al-Jazeera bombing transcript leaked was so dramatic that it could only be resolved through protection of the page. Specifically could you pinpoint me to the edit war that needed to be "cooled down"? --Deprifry|+T+ 20:47, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I oppose this sk protection of page. Please motivate youre action (on the articles talk page) or immediately reverte the block. Please!International 21:38, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Blocking user Rcameronw[edit]

As I pointed out on Rcameronw's talk page, the user was warned about this behaviour, has previously engaged in this behaviour, and knowingly chose to do what xe knew was disruptive behaviour which would likely result in a block. The user was invited to contact me regarding the block, and was given links to multiple methods of doing so.

Given these facts, to fail to block, or to unblock a reasonable block earned by the behaviour, would imply approval or acceptance of a premeditated infraction of site policy. I am not willing to either approve or accept such purposefully disruptive behaviour, and am not willing to unblock the user. - Amgine | talk 04:46, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Virus from the FBI[edit]

Howdy!

You (well, your user page) came up as a potential double redirect when I renamed the virus warning story. I've renamed the link on your user page, but left it with the prior title. I felt it was fair to warn you I'd done this edit in case you want to revise it. Brian McNeil / talk 22:11, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

A trophy for all the work at WN:DR[edit]

(This trophy has been moved to the main user page. —MESSEDROCKER (talk) 18:39, 9 December 2005 (UTC))[reply]

I saw you deleted this page on the grounds of it being patent nonsense. I came to this page from a link from a diary entry of an active WP editor [1], and have two questions:

 • Did the talk page (which is where the link I followed led to) qualify as patent nonsense? If not, can it be restored?
 • Is there a content review facility on wikinews, so that I can see the contents of speedies? There doesn't seem to be any kind of undeletion or content review discussion at WP:DG.

Thanks. --- Charles Stewart

Thanks for doing this. If the page contents resemble the talk page, it looks more like a joke than anything else. --- Charles Stewart
Postscript The second question was about undeletion policy, not deletion policy. I guess the question arises rarely enough here that there's been no effort to formalise this. --- Charles Stewart

Deletion archives[edit]

Somehow I mixed up the dates on the deletion archives site. Since you already added a timeframe for Archive 8 I thought you decided that you have closed the archive alltogether. Somehow I didn't realize that December 15 is still to come :). Sorry for that. --Deprifry|+T+ 13:53, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

New Jersey apartment collapse[edit]

I just added an article about the apartment building collapse in your county. The article is called "New Jersey apartment building collapses after explosion." Since you live in the area, please add anything to it if you can. Sawran 17:51, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Amgine's contributions[edit]

Please see a summary of Amgine's edits in the main article space for recent contributions to wikinews (outside the water cooler). I think the assertion that he's not actively contributing is not quite accurate, though he has been less active in the main space than others, he's more active than many other administrators (myself included, recently). --Chiacomo (talk) 15:33, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The article block[edit]

I will not happily breake 3RR but As I see it it was broken when Cspurrier helped Mrm. Guess good etic in this case should include that you revert the title to the last one i write and ban Mrm and Cspurrier for a short time. Then you can take away the block as the problemmaker are temporally away and thinking about their actions. International 23:02, 17 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Im just tired of Mrm:s way of (not)editing. Its not the idea with Wikinews that articles need constant protection from him. I cant prove teamed up actions and the title was not exactly same. Its a shame he a administrator and is protected by fellow administrators. Im tired of this shit (sorry my bad France) International 00:36, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Look att WN:ALERT. I think I have a case. If you agree also revert the title to my last one and then lock it if you wish International 01:37, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
It is not Chiacomo that made the last revert. It was Cspurier. Chiacomo was just satisfied with mrm:s title [2] and didnt se any 3RR problems at [3] About the present title you can read this. [4] International 02:05, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Im blody disapointed on you. Btw how come that you banned me the first time even if you corrected your misstake? Im tired now and when I got time to edit next time I dont want mrm around. Ban him 48 hours so I can get some workingpeace! International 03:37, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

A nice cup of tea while being spied on by the NSA[edit]

People don't seem to be having a nice cup of tea and a sit down when they are in the early stages of a dispute. Do you think we should change policy so that that if someone tells you to have a nice cup of tea and a sit down, it is mandatory to go there and say something nice, on pain of blocking? - Borofkin 08:14, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

actually that sounds like a good idea in my humble opinion... Bawolff ☺☻ 08:31, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

New submission[edit]

Hi, Thanks for the attention to the article. 1. What happened to the template that used to pop in automatically when submitting a new story? 2.This story fits perfectly with our invitation for submissions;"Do you know of an issue that has been forgotten".[5]

"What we want from YOU! We want you to write articles for Wikinews that:..

You feel isn't getting adequate coverage: Do you know of an issue that has been forgotten or is not getting enough attention in the rest of the press? Here's your chance to tell the world!"

The sources template javascript doesn't appear to work correctly under Safari. Where is the template/css for that part of the page? We could add a plain text version on the same line, for drag & drop. Nyarlathotep 05:06, 30 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Block of International[edit]

Hi Messedrocker... don't forget to leave a note on International's talk page informing him of the block, and you should probably also post a justification on WN:ALERT, considering how controversial and disputed this whole business is. I know you're probably already working on this, just reminding you..... - Borofkin 01:49, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Messedrocker, is it okay if I move your justification on WN:ALERT up to the Mrmiscellanious section at the top? They are part of the same dispute and probably should be discussed together... - Borofkin 02:03, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Messedrocker, would you mind to post some diffs on WN:ALERT to explain the reasons behind your block. There seems to be some confusion about this and people will not learn from a block unless it is clear what the block was for. --vonbergm 21:37, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the award!!![edit]

What a nice surprise that was!

I admit, I logged in with a "slightly" bad conscience, since I haven´t done a recording today. :-) Moreover I have to admit that, at the mo´, I´m feeling so knackered (thanks to three little kids (not mine), which kept me busy all afternoon and early evening), that I will not do a recording today. I´ll make it up tomorrow.

Since you gave me that award, I´ll allow myself to tell you about my (current wiki-)plans. The first idea was, to read at least one news-message per day. This is of course not always possible.

But when I realized, that the news-briefs are not really regular (so far), I decided, to read a news-briefs-audio-file a day, when possible. I´m still "struggeling" with the usage of audacity, but I´m "getting better".

The idea of an independent news-media via the internet seems extremely charming to me. Hence I try to support it as good as I can.

The award given to me by you, encouraged me to reach the aim of supporting wiki-news in getting a kind of regularity concerning a daily read news-briefs.

Over here in Kraut-land we´d say: "Squeeze your thumbs for me, mate!". Allow me a very british ending for this message:

Ta´n´Tara!

Hello, I wanted to remind you of a part of our deletion policy, that appears to have been forgotten, “Original reports have to be listed for seven days. Non-articles also appear for Seven days.” Several recent deletion such as the Jimmy Wales interview and Category:Politics would qualify for the seven day listings, but were deleted in three. I do not care much about these individual deletions, but people have complained about how they did not get a chance to vote on Category:Politics. --Cspurrier 13:56, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I also want to say that I value everyones work on this site and I know that everyone does their best. Hi. What does "redirects are win" mean? I'm requesting that these be deleted because I'm a Wikipedia sysop, and my activities there have led me to attract a vandal who seems to be trying to get into my non-wiki personal life (e.g. finding out where I work). In Firefox 1.5.0.4 on Windows XP, the umlaut in your signature is centered on the gap between the r and the o, with one dot on each letter. In IE 6, there is no umlaut at all, just two boxes () between the letters. Seahen 03:39, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

removing category:movies[edit]

Your edit to Full-length open source movie ‘Boy Who Never Slept’ is released online removed the reference to the movies category from the story, but the category itself still exists. Is that what you intended and if so why? Karen 07:43, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I followed the link to the movies category, but didn't see the notice. I edited the notice to be bold, but a template would be more eye-catching. Do you think you could make one for this purpose? Meanwhile, I'll make sure I didn't add the movies category to the list of commonly used categories so I can avoid the mistake of using it again. Karen 07:55, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alright, I didn't add that one, but I added Category:Culture and entertainment, Category:Radio, and Category:Iceland. Why is "movies" the deprected version of "film"? Modern movies don't use film (or use very little of it) in production and there's a trend to bypass the use of film in distribution (some theatres show movies digitally without loading a film projector). Karen 08:03, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What about the template idea? Or, just remove the category - the reason it was mis-used was only because it existed. Karen 08:07, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

How often do you the term "film-goers" or someone say "I'm going to see a film."? Maybe it's a regional convention. Seriously, what term do people use in your area? Karen 08:12, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for explaining all that to me. I made a template for this sort of thing - if used consistently, the template could be made better without requiring the category itself to be re-edited. Karen 08:19, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

PVJ: Harassment notice and 3rr violation[edit]

PVJ left a harassment notice on my talk page. [9]

I find this unnecessary. My second request for deadministration was based on the fact he broke the three revert rule. This is a third abuse to add to his previous two abuses. The de-admin request was removed by another admin, Amgine, who said PVJ had abused his editor privilege. When I made the request I was not aware of the difference. To abuse the rules of wikinews when one is an administrator is surely to abuse one's position as administrator also? The let off for his two administrator abuses has emboldened him. Light aircraft makes emergency landing in major industrial estate[edit]

Further to previous postings from myself, I wish to apologise for over-reacting.

Having witnessed a pretty serious plane crash today, all I can say is that the emotion of the incident has been a little too dofficult to deal with, particularly as I, myself, was involved in a plane crash several years ago.

I am not a difficult person, nor am I someone who normally threatens legal action ( I don't particularly like lawayers that much !) and so my reaction to BrianMC was wrong and I wish to take this opportunity to apologise to you and of course, to BrianMC.

Those that know me will tell you that my behaviour, this evening, has been completely out of character.

I accept that I should have indicated the public domain licence, of the image, in the first instance and I sincerely apologise for not submitting an image which did not contain a VTV copyright symbol. An alternative image (which was meant to be distributed) is available and hopefuelly this will clear up any confusion as to the public domain rights for this file.

WikiNews is a vitally important forum which is unique and unprecedented. It represents a truly deomocratic way in which news can be reported, free from censorship and I sincerely wish to be a part of the WikiNews community. If I have caused any upset or offence, then I do sincerely apologise.

Again, BrianMC and yourself - my sincerest apologies.

Best wishes,

Robert (Valleysnews)

And I have been rude, it would have been significantly different had you been looking to protect your copyright and I had been reluctant to delete material, if you can see that side you'd see why deletions can end up seeming arbitrary. However... Were you to instigate a policy of releasing article graphics under a license we can use that might even be a newsworthy event, particularly if we had 3 or 4 images with a CC-By (c) message on them and corresponding wikinews articles. --Brian McNeil / talk 21:55, 18 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This isn't a Wikinews-specific version, just that support for the project has been enabled in the main version. I asked about a week ago and you can select Wikinews (english only) in the project preferences as of version 3.0.2.6 (current is .8 which I downloaded this morning), I think with this bug for new message notification it'll get another version bump. --Brian McNeil / talk 07:32, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think there's any scope for expanding it, the basic point of the article being to announce the appointment of a new Chief of the Navy. Opposal to parole[edit]

I'm glad to see you're still here, Messed. I just wanted to applaud you on keeping a level head and doing "what was right". If it were in my hands, Neut would be perma-banned over and over again until I was de-admined. ;)

Or, maybe not. Maybe I could hold my toungue like you did. But the fact of the matter is, when does it stop being fun and start being unpleasant? That line is crossed when you can no longer do what you want to do, but what you must do, and these things are in conflict.

So why are you here? Why was I here? Why did we even try when, when it comes right down to it, working with him was so difficult? What drives us to keep coming back to this website, when we could be spending our free time doing something better instead?

Why do I still have Wikinews as my home page? Why the hell can't I stay away?

I propose that it's part of our masochistic nature. I use a rotating set of IPs to edit here now... it's the only thing that keeps a wall between myself and the politics. It's a pain, but it's better than having talk page archives filled with angry, bitter resentment and disagreement.

I've hardly noticed Neutralizer in recent months, actually. Kept away from the talk pages. Content, content, content.

And yet, still, in the back of my mind, it bugs me. He bugs me. I know that if I were to make an honest, truthful evaluation of an edit he made... I'd be labeled a white pro-American pro-Bush blah blah blah. In fact, the only thing that matters is that I'd be labeled at all.

And the only person who consistantly labeled myself, and others...

Well...

Anyway. I just wanted to drop you a note and say that, although I'm vehemotly opposed to a parole for him (it's been done), you've done a good service by foregoing your instincts and giving due process a chance.

--Chris / irid:t 04:47, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion question[edit]

Hi,

you have deleted my Belgian terrorism suspects remain in custody as case details emerge. I was kinda surprised, but I can't remember how far I was with this article. Was the content minimal? If it was, it's good that it was deleted 'cause it would be old news by now.

--Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 17:29, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

But was the content minimal? I tend to leave things in develop for others to copy-edit my english and publish them... But I remember putting quite some effort into the article so I have a hard time believing the content was minimal... --Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 19:22, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Why didn't you just publish it? I'd like to request undeletion if possible. Not that it's news anymore, but fair is fair, I work hard on articles like that, and didn't apreciate seeing that article deleted when I got back from Wikibreak. --Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 01:14, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, didn't it strike you as well referenced and maybe in-depth, NPOV? It was a quality article IMHO.--Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 01:22, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the article's history, I think this kinda thing is a mistake and shouldn't have happened.

 • Seabhcan added info from Wikipedia. All the info was already there. At that point, the info should simply have been removed!
 • Instead, Brianmc reported copyright problems. Then you tagged it as abandoned, then deleted.

Since it only took my 5 minutes to fix all this, I think that should have been done instead of deleting it, since I spent well over 5 minutes creating that article. Please be more careful in the future, check the history, and remember: When in doubt, don't delete!

Anyway, thankyou for your kind help restoring it. I'm still a fan of you, and glad to have supported your RfA on enwiki. --Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 01:38, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Category for Neutralizer's sockpuppets[edit]

I just wanted to point out that Brain has not yet requested Checkuser confirmation for these accounts, and thus we cannot be 100% sure that they are sockpuppets of Neutralizer. Remember that Rezilarteun was created to deliberately mislead us into thinking that Neutralizer was using sockpuppets. In the same way, accounts (Specialops) who claim they are Canadian on their userpages also seem to be behaving anomalously, since sockpuppeteers do not generally reveal incriminating details about accounts created by them. This is why I feel it would be better if the Category was deleted until Checkuser could confirm the identity of these accounts. However, I would point out to you that WHOIS reveals that all these IPs are from the same ISP in Canada. It seems to be sufficiently clear evidence that Neutralizer has, in fact, started using sockpuppets, and hence (sadly) further action could be taken against him. Would you mind taking a look at this and telling me what you think of it? Thunderhead(talk) 19:54, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fine with me. I thought we might need some sort of reasoning behind protected pages for our new users. :) Thunderhead(talk) 20:59, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, take a look at it again, and see if that's better. Thunderhead(talk) 21:10, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've posted this at the templates talk page but there was no response: I'd like the template to be more inconspicuous, for example something more along the lines of User:Stevenfruitsmaak/Archive. --Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 12:09, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dark Matter - What's not news?[edit]

I was just wondering what about the dark matter story isn't news. Is it because it's late? I would appreciate knowing more so that I can avoid posting stories like that. I cover physics, so it may be different in knowing what's news for wikinews and what's not. Thank you so much for your help.

Re:pvj[edit]

It doesn't matter what their definition of "terrorism" is, but as jourrnalists we ought to report on things accurately and not castrate names because you personally disagree with the American definition of terrorism. We don't need to refer to it as "terrorism", "alert-threat" would do fine. In any case, if we do follow the policy of going by the US (or any other country's) definition of terrorism, why was Category:Terrorism deleted? We should follow the same principle with regard to this article as well. For more information on why the word "etrrorism" is highly subjective, please see [12]. Also, please don't take my comment on Doldrum's talk personally. I was just pointing out that the 3RR should not be used against only one user when two/three others "gang" up to "weasel" out of the 3RR. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 15:06, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You added a {{copyvio}} tag to this article, however you didn't list a url for it. Could you please go back and add a URL? Thunderhead(talk) 02:58, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, thanks for that. User:Thunderhead (unlogged @ school)(talk)

Abandoned[edit]

I see you tagged a few articles as abandoned. Yet didn't place them on the requested deletions page. I'm also wondering why they show up as disputed on the main page when all that is problematic is the activity. That dead snooker player is in no way disputed. Can you thumb through the disputed pages and remove some from that list? Also, why should abandoned articles be deleted? Some can simply be considered done and tagged as such. RfDA[edit]

There are currently four votes in support of de-sysoping me, and none against. Could you please monitor the situation and tell me when consensus is reached to have my Administrator privileges revoked? There are certain things I must take care of before the actual removal of access. Thanks. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 14:03, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for informing me of when the RfDA will close, could you also give me some sort of indication as to how many support votes are required for consensus to be reached? Since there are, as of this time, four supports with no opposing votes, has the time come to get this over with? I do not want to prolong this (as I see it) somewhat humiliating procedure longer than necessary. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 15:57, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I'd rather go out after the RfDA than resign. It will give me till the end of this week. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 16:54, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Messed, were you aware that your userpage is listed under [[Category:Terrorism]]? :-) PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 17:56, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about not using [[Category:Terrorism]]. By the way, could you please discount Dan's RfDA vote? He has attacked me on many occasions and hence should not be allowed to vote? It will not affect the end result anyway since I will quit on the 28 anyway. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 04:18, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
To be very honest, it is not just the RfDA that has made me decide to leave the project. The fact that you, a user I whose opinion I hold in high regard, and who has previously helped me through difficult times, filed that RfDA made me seriously question whether I should stay on here. I myself am not too happy about having to retire from Wikinews, but I will not be able to contribute constructively after having my sysop access revoked. Nontheless, there are still five days to go before the RfDA closes, we cannot come to any conclusion just yet. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 13:10, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The concerns raied in the RfDA are 1) I sometimes express myself in a manner that is not well recieved by certain users, 2) I have violated the 3RR thrice and 3) I unblocked myself to make a comment and then reblocked myself. As far as I can see, 1) and 2) have more to do with my status as an editor than my sysop access, and can be most efficiently addressed by me being "de-editored" (hence my decision to leave). 3) concerns my Administrator privileges, and if the community feels that a temporary unblock warrants my status being revoked, I will ofcourse abide by that decision. Removing Vote[edit]

How do you know that is a banned user? الموت على الاسلام 17:09, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, the evidence is there. Do a checkuser. الموت على الاسلام 17:14, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
To be more clear on the above comment. All of Neut's IP range was blocked a few days ago, so it probally is not him. الموت على الاسلام 17:18, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Who is MyName and why would he want to impersonate Neutralizer? I highly doubt this is anyone but a former anon who wants to support PVJ. Anyhow I think the vote should stand until there is concrete evidence e.x. Checkuser. Thanks. الموت على الاسلام 17:23, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Alright. At this point it dosen't really matter who it is. Lets just wait for a checkuser and then take action. Okay? الموت على الاسلام 17:31, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RfDA[edit]

Thanks for voting on my RfDA. It seems sure to pass, so I have decided to go ahead and retire. I bear no ill-will toward you for what has happened, and wish you all the best. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 09:41, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have gone on Admin-probation, as was orignally suggested. Please check the Water Cooler for details of the probation. Hope to see you back soon. PVJ(Talk)(Articles I have written) 01:18, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
