The Article Development Process

Step 1: Development
An article, once it has been created, will spend time under development until the article can be considered comprehensive. Additionally, other editors may tag articles that may be lacking in essential features, such as references or adherence to the style guide. Please help Wikinews by improving the articles below.

Step 2: Last-minute revisions

Once an article has achieved comprehension, an editor may tag the article with {{finished}}, meaning that the article is complete and is almost ready for publication. This time can be used for grammar checks, as well as adequate meta-data and categorization. Feel free to help evaluate the articles below.

Step 3: Publication

After an article is complete and it has been checked over for any problems, the article will then be tagged with {{publish}}, where then it will appear towards the top of this page. Below are recently published articles.
