1. I moved the (subpages) to /subpages to allow the automated wiki link back to watercooler - a relatively minor tweak that could make the page easier to use for some newbies. 2. Speaking of newbies.. Why is the page broken up into subpages?[edit]

Why is the page broken up into subpages that are pulled in? This leads to synchronisation problems when people edit the page... Is there a good reason? - Simeon 09:08, 14 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Can you explain how it leads to synchronization problems? I've responded to the why on the main page, but the goals was to make it easier for the pages to be organized, and archived, and discussions implemented. - Amgine/talk 22:35, 14 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Please Spell-check Water Cooler pages[edit]

The old grammar school adage: "there's a rat in separate" applies. You keep spelling it seperate.

Updated interlanguage links[edit]

I´ve updated the interwiki language links on the german watercooler page, and wanted to implement it here (but its protected). unprotect please[edit]

Please unprotect this page. It prevents section edit links from showing up, and makes it quite confusing for anyone who wants to follow up with a thread they've read. It is also quite unclear how to post new questions in each section -- an explicit button or link at the top of each section would make that more obvious. sj (talk) 03:46, 22 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

improved warning sign?[edit]

The "STOP!" icon at the top of this page is discouraging. Perhaps there is a friendlier way to guide visitors... it's not the worst thing in the world if someone mistakenly leaves a comment here. sj (talk)
